On the 23-24 of January in Kingisepp a meeting of international project NarvaRiverWaterRoutes partners was held. In the meeting representatives of the administration of MF “Ivangorod city”, administration of MF “Kingisepp municipal district”, municipal fund “the Center of sustainable development”, Narva city council, members of Managing committee, Leningrad regional state establishment “Informational-tourists center”, consultant of Consumetric company and a representative of ADS System took part.
the project «Narva River Water Routes»is directed at studying the opportunities of the development of water tourism on the Narva and was approved by Managing committee of the Neighborhood program INTERREG III B region of Baltic sea INTERREG IIIA North priority. The realization of the project started in November of 2006 after the receiving of grant of EU program Tacis
Having said a welcome word the project manager Nadezhda Petrova started the meeting of project partners. She shared the information of general coordination and management of the project, having reminded the basic points of the development of the project NarvaRiverWaterRoutes.
Further the meeting was held in the form of a conference. Irina Seliverstova, Tatiana Sharova, Lubov Kozina, Tatiana Rusheluk presented the reports on the project realization. Oliver Loode, the consultant of the Consumetric company, from Estonian part and Pavel Churakhov, the representative of Leningrad regional state establishment “Informational-tourists center” prepared the presentation on the results of finished work on the development of tourist’s routes. Andrew Bodrov, the representative of Estonian company ADS Systems, presented the model of a web-site. The discussion of all the topics was hold with active participation of the members of Managing committee that gave a high estimation of the work of project members NarvaRiverWaterRoutes.
